Trial keys and quotes
The quickest route is the request form, which asks the few questions we need in order to issue a key.
Existing customers
Email from the address on your order. Key rotation, quota changes and trial extensions are handled the same day.
Registries and network operators
If you operate a registry, registrar or network whose data this service relays and you have a question or concern about how it is used, please write to us. We query your published abuse contacts for the purpose they were published, and we would rather hear from you directly than have a problem. Our Acceptable Use Policy describes the restrictions we place on customers.
